A TESTIMONIAL (CHRISTY ALEXANDER)

Those of you who have been watching me for some time may have noticed that I basically never share “testimonials” of my work. Believe it or not, this is by design - a design which I have only just recently decided that I would like to reveal somewhat more publicly.

My intention is actually to record a series of short videos addressing this + other topics as a way of becoming ever more transparent about the values + the principles that support my (admittedly unusual) way of doing things.

These videos will likely address my personal take on: marketing + promotion, branding, demographic alignment, vetting processes, confidentiality, professional terminology, and more.

As a sneak preview, I can tell you that I don’t share testimonials in part because I do not (ever) request them. I do not request them because I value the surprise of a totally spontaneous + authentic expression of heart over any other single form of content.

Early on, my friend Mary Patricia Smiley posted a completely unsolicited testimonial of her experience in a single Facebook group, and I was kept busy with 3-4 calls per day for nearly 3 months as a result.

This is the power that I have chosen to align myself with. It is un-coerced, spontaneous, and absolutely pure in its intent. It is the most rewarding gift that I have ever had the honor of receiving.

And it is just this sort of gift that my friend Christy has decided to share here: a spontaneous expression of her heart + of her story. This post means more to me than I can say because I never asked-for or expected-to-receive it.

Beyond that, it’s a vulnerable extension of a story that exceeds by far the temporary limits of “my work.” This story is about Christy: it’s about the courage she has demonstrated on a journey I am lucky to support.

This gift is perhaps the fourth or fifth of its kind that I have ever had the honor of receiving. I’m sharing it with you now so you’ll see her as well as what can be accomplished as a team.

CHRISTY ALEXANDER (AN EXCERPT)

For those of you who know me, my health has been a lifelong challenge. Severe allergies, gut issues, celiac disease, and cancer, addiction. Most recently, I had been researching the Primary Health System aspect of Human Design and came across a series of videos featuring Timothy Brainard. I immediately recognized that he had some important wisdom from which I could benefit.

From our very first contact, Timothy was enthusiastic, punctual and a great communicator. We set up our 90 minute zoom call and I just can’t even express how much this information blew my mind. The most amazing shift for me is this: I find myself feeling inspired and excited by food now, since I’ve been experimenting with Timothy’s recommendations and insights.

This is a huge change for me- after my history of food allergies and gut issues, food has felt like an enemy minefield at times instead of nourishment. Feeling some ease and joy rather than scared, intimidated and overwhelmed by food and eating is a major upgrade for me!

Furthermore, Timothy is clearly living in a way that demonstrates the value of his teachings, and leading by example. His passion and integrity are evident in each and every detail of the interaction.

I highly recommend you check Timothy out if you’re interested in deepening your access to a free, authentic and harmonious life.
