GAME TIME: THINGS I LOVE

 


Let’s play a game called, Things I Love. All you’ll need for this game is a little bit of privacy + your cell phone (or a notebook or a computer, if you prefer to write or type).

To play:

  1. Find a quiet spot where you can remain undisturbed for ~5 minutes.

  2. Take a few deep breaths + settle yourself into the moment.

  3. Set the alarm on your phone for a total of 3 minutes.

  4. Write or type a list of things you genuinely love.

  5. Stop after the alarm goes off to read + celebrate your list.
