INTRODUCING: THE BODY KEYS
Over many many years of experience + observation, I have come to realize just how totally each of us hangs in the balance between tension + flow, stuckness + easy momentum. I have proactively sought to understand + to refine my own relationship to this dynamic, especially in those moments where stuckness seems to have the upper hand.
Despite more than a decade of studying systems designed to serve these very moments of inner tension, I have found myself perpetually dissatisfied by the ‘answers’ being offered in response. Because of this, I’ve been seeking answers of my own (far off the beaten path) for quite some time.
Today’s announcement introduces the first true harvest of that relentless personal research. It’s the very ‘solution’ for which I have been searching this whole time, and it came to me by complete surprise.
It’s a new resource that I have been calling: the Body Keys.

The Body Keys present a practical way of mapping the dynamic between stuckness (tension) + release (ease). Using your Human Design, the Body Keys indicate those stuckness patterns which are likely to be most prevalent in your experience, along with a clear sense for how to break free of those patterns in real time.
Unlike the more typical fix-all techniques, the Body Keys deliver a personalized + embodied formula for addressing moments of stuckness or inner tension. Rather than focusing on the mind, they focus on the body: what it’s calling for in those moments + how to serve its deepest needs.
Above all, the Body Keys define a soft way back to your own nature. They remind us that the way back to center is always something simple + familiar, something human, close-at-hand.
And they remind us that the way back is always something absolutely personal: something suited to the needs + special details of your own unique design.
In other words: the way is always yours, and yours alone.
